I hired Richard Suzuki last year after my son got new gun/drug charges while he was on probation. He had enough drugs that he could have been charged with not only possession but intent to distribute and that in and of itself here in Arizona is very serious. This added to the gun possession while on probation made the case very challenging to say the least. I was very distraught and didn’t want my 24 year old to go to prison for 11 years which was the potential sentence. After my first car accident I didn’t know what to do or who to talk to. Mr. Bartz was very professional and helped explain and navigate the legal system throughout my case. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend him for anyone seeking legal counsel. He was very punctual in getting back to me with questions and taking time to explain things. The only negative I have is that you have to be proactive about process as I wasn’t contacted or kept up to speed unless I specifically asked. A lot of that had to do with his paralegal quitting half way through my case and no one informing me causing me to have to make an extra court appearance.
